Rosebud KGHypnobirthing is the perfect full antenatal class for your first or subsequent pregnancies. The course is designed to help mothers and their partners to prepare for the birth; it is a logical, calm, simple, and effective course using relaxation and hypnotherapy to help promote a positive approach to birth and beyond.

 

I will teach you techniques that will help you take control and achieve deep relaxation. You will acquire the skills and the confidence to know your body and to make the right choices for you.

The course is designed to help release the fear of birth and increase confidence in the family's choice. It will inform you of all aspects surrounding pregnancy and the birth allowing you to take control.
