Course Information
All my classes can be attended by the mother with her husband, partner, or chosen birth companion. The ideal time to start your Rosebud course is around 20-30 weeks pregnant, this allows enough time to practice the techniques taught before birth. The class offers the full KGHypnobirthing antenatal course, specialist knowledge, support and techniques to achieve a confident, calm and empowering birth.

It is a 10/12 hour learning course, you will receive a copy of the KGH book with 3 MP3's to be listened to throughout the rest of your pregnancy.

I cover the Bath & South West area but am more than happy to travel for private classes in your own home - in these cases, travel expenses will be an additional extra.
Group class £250 per couple

These classes are perfect for 2-4 couples. There will be 4 classes in total lasting 2-3 hours and will be set over a 2 week period. You can sign up with friends or join with others, allowing you to mix with other like-minded parents and make some new friends. This will be in a set venue or my own home. *

Private 1:1 class £350 per couple
​
These classes are suitable for couples who want a bit of privacy or who have other children and therefore find it challenging to commit to a group class. The class consists of 4 sessions lasting 2 - 3 hours and will be set over a 2 week period. This class can be provided in the comfort of your own home (or mine!) *
