Hi, I'm Georgie Yeates DipHB (KGH), Norland Nanny and founder of Rosebud Hypnobirthing. I live in Bath with my husband and I had my very own Hypnobabe in May 2021.

Working as a full-time Norland Nanny over the past 9 years has been the most incredibly rewarding & enjoyable experience. Not only have I been lucky to work with some amazing families, but I have also formed lifelong bonds with some of my charges who I looked after from birth. An incredibly special moment was when two of them were page boys at my wedding last year!

My passion for hypnobirthing began when I started to hear more and more about the positive birth experiences of friends and families who had used this method. After some research into KGHypnobirthing, I was hooked and realised that this was the perfect next step, combining both my nannying skills and my newfound enthusiasm for making a difference to birthing experiences.

I have seen firsthand the positive effects of having an informed pregnancy leading to a calm and confident birth and this is ultimately why I trained to be a hypnobirthing teacher. If I also get some newborn cuddles out of it, then that's an added bonus!

Qualifications:

I am a qualified KGHypnobirthing teacher. This course is the gold standard in hypnobirthing and is accredited by the Royal College of Midwives as proof of the standard of training we receive as teachers. I also have a diploma from Norland College as well as a BA from the University of Gloucester in early childhood education. I additionally have undertaken a full 12-hour pediatric first aid course as well as a newborn refresher course from Norland College.
